Should You Send Your Pitch Deck by PDF or Link?
Both.
As a professional investor, I can tell you that having a PDF is more useful. Why? Because we first have a glance and then forward it to our investment team internally to review together. If you send a link, and each person has to enter an email just to see - then you’re adding friction to the process.
You can send as a link, which may/may not get caught up in spam filters, but when you setup access gateway, remember to allow the ‘download’ option so the viewer can download and share.
Granted, you may lose the feature to study which page was creating more interest…
